Say you have a medical emergency. But what do you need more evidence for?
tell lawer you have the flu and then tell him u cant make it to the court hearing
evidence?
where ( what state or country ) are you divorcing in?
if in the USA , most states are no fault states.. meaning you cannot stop a divorce, and evidence has no role as a factor for the divorce.
