Want to ask a girl out on a date. First time need some advice.?

I was wondering how to ask a beautiful latina girl for a date(casual). If she says yes then this will be my first date. I think she has been on many dates before. we both see each other twice every week in lang class. I need some advice how to approach her and how to talk to her. she sits beside me. one day i changed my place to check and she wantedly sat beside me. we both don't have conversation in class. i need some adivce, this will be my first date and i want it to be casual. i just wantted to know how to ask her out. just go up to her and ask will u go out with me. or something else.
