Well i have a ';date';... feels like cheating.. kinda hard.. need advice!?

So, recently i just started talking to this boy again..its been like 4 years. i've known since we were babies (because his family is very close to mine, like family friends), but uhm well about 3 weeks ago he told his aunt he liked me and they told him i liked him. Everyone thinks we should start ';talking'; to eachother so yesterday i just decided to send him a text and we started to talk. We are really into eachother and have a i guess ';date'; on saturday.. sounds good so far.. but this is the hard part... I have this ex that i went out with 4 a year and a month.. broke up in august... and for some odd reason i still feel like if im with other guys im betraying him... or cheating! How can i stop these thoughts because i know for a fact he doesnt feel the same way when he talks to other girls... Also, when i do go on this ';date'; what should i say? Im already kinda nervous and i have no clue what we should talk about.... and i don't want things to feel akward... any suggestions..?Well i have a ';date';... feels like cheating.. kinda hard.. need advice!?
actually feeling like you are ';Betraying'; your ex is kinda normal. Mainly because since you were with him for a pretty long time, you gave your heart to him. It's gonna be awhile before that feeling goes away. However once you get comfortable with a new guy, then it should fade away. :)





Good for you for getting a date. In my opinion, its always best to date someone you know, or be introduced to someone.





What to talk about? Girl, you've known this boy a long time...just talk!


Talk about things that are going on at school, music, new movies coming out, what your plans are for the future (School).





Just talk about anything and everything....just don't talk about your ex
